Technology continues to aid us in our running strategies. This will only increase. Science continues to help us in our nutrition strategies. Guts and the drive to do better will motivate us to design better training plans. The sky is the limit for the next 50 years!

Jeff, I completely agree! I've been a runner ever since Rocky 1 came out (well even before then)and now that I'm 54 your method of running has allowed me to complete my 1st Ultra marathon and I am now attempting to qualify for Boston. I feel like such an evangelist as everyone I meet I tell them about your method and that it REALLY WORKS! Check out my blog at http://trimoot.wordpress.com where I talk about how it's working for me. Thanks Jeff!
