Best advice I've ever received about running is how to properly do interval workouts. They have helped my speed over the years.

The best advice I ever got was to eat after running, to help your muscles recuperate.

Ask Jeff, What is the impact of loosing weight on running speed? for example my weight is 92 Kg. Usually i run at 7 min per kilometer. what will be the impact if i loose 5 Kg?
